Ordering Policy

As of now we accept online orders within India. For international orders, please contact us by email or phone.
To place an order, you can add required items to cart, then visit the cart and update required qty or add or delete items and update the cart. Click on checkout once. Checkout will be enabled only if the subtotal meets our minimum order quantity or amount. On the check out page, you can enter your billing and shipping address. Returning customers can login with your user name and password. Verify your order, choose payment method, read the terms and conditions. If you are fine with the term and conditions, proceed to place order.

Cancellation Policy

We process the order same day or the next day depends on the time when you place the order. Customer can cancel your order anytime before the shipping. If payment already made, we shall process the refund as early as possible. The order can not be canceled once the item shipped from our factory.

Shipping Policy

We take at most care to pack our products in corrugated boxes with required filling materials.
Our shipping partners are DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, etc.
Shipments are delivered within 5-10 working days from the date it is shipped. Deliveries time might be affected due to the Covid-19 situation and local restrictions and movements.
Order will be shipped to the billing address by default unless different shipping address mentioned during the checkout. In case if you entered the address in incorrect, you can contact us immediately and change the address. Once the order shipped, we can not change the shipping address. We will do our best to divert the package to different address if customer requests but extra handling charges levied to customer depends on the location of the shipment. In some cases it may be be possible to change the deliver address.

What to do if the shipping box or product is damaged during delivery?

We do proper care in while packing and our shipping partner will do at most care during logistics but in certain situations there may be damage to the products or shipping box. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. If possible, please take some pictures and send to us.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery at with photo or video attached.
